Since the 1960’s, Galen Hall has been a teacher, mentor and coach at every level of football. He began his coaching career as a Tight End Coach at West Virginia University. In moving up the coaching ranks, he became the interim head coach at the University of Florida. With an NCCA investigation facing the program, Coach Hall reset the foundation and guided the Gators to a 9-1-1 record and their first SEC football title.
In 1992, Coach Hall became the head coach of the Orlando Thunder where he guided his World League franchise to the championship game. In 2001, as the coach of the year for the Orlando Rage of the XFL, he won the league title. As a teacher, Coach Hall never lost sight of his roots, and in 2004 returned to his alma mater, Penn State University as the teams Offensive Coordinator. It was a position he flourished for eight seasons at his beloved university.
