While serving his country for more than 25 years in the United States Navy, Lieutenant Commander, Supply Corps (Ret) John “JJ” Coyne managed supply chain functions at numerous afloat and ashore activities, most notably onboard the fast-attack submarine USS Seawolf (SSN-21) and the aircraft carrier USS John F. Kennedy (CV-67).
After retiring from the Navy in 2009, he began working for Sandvik Medical Solutions where he managed the company’s critical master production schedule and ensured delivery of products that adhered to strict compliance policies and procedures for all manufactured medical devices distributed to Sandvik’s clientele.
That experience led to an opportunity with Vubiquity, a global industry leader of multi-platform video services. As Director, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Mr. Coyne was instrumental in helping Vubiquity surpass annual revenues in excess of $300 million.
