Major League Football, Inc. Locates Corporate Headquarters and Training Facility in Lakewood Ranch, Florida

LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL / Marketwired / Jun 8, 2015 / Major League Football, Inc. (OTC PINK: MLFB) (“MLFB” or the “Company”), a new, professional spring-football league scheduled to kick off in 2016, today announced the Company hosted a press conference to announce the location of the Company’s new corporate headquarters and training facility in Lakewood Ranch, Manatee County, Florida.

On Friday, June 5 at 4:00 pm Eastern Time on the grounds of Lakewood Ranch-based Premier Sports Campus, MLFB executives held a press conference for members of the Bradenton Economic Development Corporation, Manatee County Sports Commission, Manatee County Board of Commissioners, local, state and national news and sports outlets. After a three-state search to find a suitable base of the league’s operations and training facilities, Major League Football selected Lakewood Ranch for the new home of the Company’s headquarters. Lakewood Ranch was chosen for a number of reasons including its year-round sporting climate and strong support by the local community and municipal agencies.

The corporate offices will house the league’s Executive Management team and other key personnel in preparation for the debut of Major League Football in the spring of 2016. MLFB will occupy a 9,496-square-foot corporate office located on 6239 University Parkway Suite No. 301, Lakewood Ranch beginning July 1st, 2015.

“We could not be more pleased to announce that Major League Football has chosen the great State of Florida to locate its corporate offices in the beautiful community of Lakewood Ranch. In the first of many moves we have planned for the State of Florida, finding a suitable corporate office in close proximity to our training facility was essential to our long term success as a professional sports league,” Wes Chandler, MLFB’s President, commented on Friday, June 5.

Frank Murtha, Senior Executive Vice President of MLFB, added, “I want to personally thank the Bradenton Economic Development Corporation, Sharon Hillstrom, Lauren Kratsch and Manatee County Sports Commission Director, Sean Walter and Nicole Rissler of the Sarasota County Sports Commission for their professionalism and diligence, along with the Manatee Board of Commissioners, who approved the performance-based financial incentives making Lakewood Ranch a clear choice for Major League Football to locate our corporate offices to Manatee County. We are also very fortunate to work directly with Premier Sports Campus to bring over 800 athletes, coaches and staff to their complex next year. Lastly we’d like to thank the entire Schroeder-Manatee-Ranch organization for all their efforts to integrate Major League Football into the area,” Murtha concluded.
